The Closed: The closed investment option gives a guaranteed
ROI every month to the investor. This package is for investors
who want a recurring income. This package is also very good
for those who want to minimize their risk to the barest minimum.
The minimum tenor for this is Six months after which the principal
is fully paid back.
The Open: The open investment option is a vehicle for those
who have specific areas of interest. It is also for those who
want to go all out to take the risk and also maximize the rewards.
Bigplus takes time to make a presentation of the available
project showing full project description, market research/
analysis/ intelligence, project viability, project cost, exit
strategy/ time line, break-even point, estimated ROI etc. The
investor has a choice of buying into the project or declining.
